Works that can be protected by copyright include novels, poems, essays, papers, shorthand records, digital games and other written works; Oral works such as lectures, speeches and sermons; Musical works with or without words; Dramatic or musical works; Pantomime and dance works, paintings, calligraphy, prints, sculptures, carvings and other works of art; Practical works of art; Architectural works of art; Photographic works of art; Film works; Sketches, maps, design drawings, sketches and three-dimensional works related to geography, topography, architecture and science and technology.

Copyright is divided into software copyright and work copyright.

Registration procedure of software copyright

1. Online newspaper

2. Submit relevant materials (description, source code, stamped materials).

3. Accept the payment (if it is unsuccessful, correct it as required, and accept it after meeting the requirements)

4. Correction in the second instance (if there is any problem, a correction notice will be issued; If there is no problem, there is no link)

5. The general licensing date is 30 working days. Generally, the sunrise certificate will be announced in advance, and it can be collected within 3 working days after the announcement.

Materials and requirements to be submitted when applying for copyright registration of works:

(1) Fill in a complete application form for copyright registration of works as required;

(2) the identity certificate of the applicant;

(3) Proof of ownership of rights;

(4) Samples of works (samples of works in paper or electronic media can be submitted);

(5) Description of the work (please write it from three aspects: creative intention, creative process and originality, and sign it by the author);

(6) Where an application is entrusted to another person, the agent shall submit the power of attorney of the applicant;

(7) the identity certificate of the agent.

Work registration procedures:

The applicant submits the registration application materials-the registration institution checks the receiving materials-notifies the payment-the applicant pays the registration fee-the registration institution accepts the application-examines-produces and issues the registration certificate-and makes an announcement.

Time limit for registration of works:

30 working days after the registration institution accepts the application for registration. Where materials need to be corrected, the applicant shall complete the correction within two months after receiving the notice of correction, and the registration institution shall complete the correction within 30 working days after receiving the materials that meet the requirements.
