I am in charge of simple new employee training in the company.

For training, let me briefly talk about my heart:

1. The speaker's opening remarks (very important) will let students know the speaker's speech style, personality, his confidence and so on. The brief opening remarks determine your impression of the students, as well as their interests and qualities.

2. Preparation before the lecture, props, prizes, business cards, etc. , can show the importance of this kind of training;

3. The interactive links in the lectures are very important, such as games, short stories and scenario drills. , improve interest and let students understand better;

4.PPT production, must not be too much text, combined with pictures, key parts need students to take notes, to highlight.
