Holders who transfer their work units to continue accounting work within the jurisdiction of the same accounting qualification management institution shall fill in the transfer registration form within 30 days from the date of leaving the original work unit, and handle the transfer registration with the accounting qualification certificate and the accounting work certificate issued by the transferred unit.

If the certified personnel transfer their work units within the jurisdiction of different accounting qualification management institutions and continue to engage in accounting work, they shall fill in the transfer registration form, hold the accounting qualification certificate, and go through the transfer formalities at the original registered accounting qualification management institution in time; And within 90 days from the date of handling the transfer-out formalities, go through the transfer-in formalities with the accounting qualification certificate, the transfer-in registration form and the accounting work certificate issued by the transfer-in unit.

If the holder fails to handle the registration and transfer registration in accordance with the provisions of these measures, the accounting qualification management institution shall give a warning and order it to make corrections within a time limit; If it fails to make corrections within the time limit, it shall be notified and fined 1000 yuan.
