The record of doctor's behavior is one of the basis of doctor's assessment. Doctors' routine examination procedures are divided into general procedures and simple procedures. The general procedure is the assessment in accordance with the provisions of Chapter III of these Measures. The simple procedure is to write a debriefing report for yourself, which is signed by the institution where the practice is registered and submitted to the assessment institution for review. Doctors who meet the following conditions should regularly assess and perform the summary procedure:

(2) Having more than 12 years of practice experience, and having no record of bad behavior during the assessment period; ?
(3) Other circumstances stipulated by the health administrative department at or above the provincial level. ?
The regular assessment of other doctors is carried out in accordance with the general procedures.
