H3cne (H3C Certified Network Engineer) is a H3C Certified Network Engineer, which is developed from HCNE (Huawei -3Com Certified Network Engineer) certification. When H3C Company was renamed as H3C by Huawei -3Com Company, HCNE certification was renamed as H3CNE accordingly).

H3CNE certification is mainly aimed at the planning, design, configuration and maintenance of small and medium-sized networks, including network foundation, common interfaces and cables, Ethernet switches, router principles, TCP/IP protocols, WAN protocols, routing protocols, DCC/ISDN, access control lists, backup centers and simple network troubleshooting.
