Since 2009, party member, who has not been included in the education and training of Party committee cadres at all levels, has been given general training in five years on the basis of earnestly strengthening regular education. Through education and training, party member's ideals and beliefs have been further strengthened, his concept of party spirit has been further enhanced, his fine style of work has been further developed, his working ability has been further improved, his vanguard and exemplary role has been further brought into play, and the Party's creativity, cohesion and combat effectiveness have been continuously enhanced.
(II) Main tasks
On the basis of earnestly carrying out in-depth study and practice of Scientific Outlook on Development activities and implementing the relevant spirit of the Opinions of the General Office of the Central Committee on Strengthening Regular Education in party member in 2006, according to the actual needs of different types, levels and positions in party member, we will make scientific plans and organize education and training in party member step by step and with emphasis.
The main contents of party member's education and training are: always give priority to the education of Socialism with Chinese characteristics's theoretical system, and provide party member with the basic theory, knowledge, history, line, principles and policies, situation and tasks, laws and regulations education, party style and discipline education and professional knowledge and skills training.
The education and training of party member in urban and rural communities and party member, a student of various schools at all levels, are organized and implemented by local township party committees, street party committees and school party organizations, while the education and training of party member, a new economic organization and a new social organization, is organized and implemented by the party organizations at the next higher level at least once a year. And the time is generally not less than 16 class hours, among which the leading members of party organizations and party building instructors in new economic organizations and new social organizations are generally not less than 24 class hours.
Party member education and training for party and government organs, state-owned enterprises, institutions and financial institutions shall be organized and implemented by the Party organizations of the units where they work, and shall be conducted at least once a year for a period of generally not less than 24 hours, among which the members of the leading bodies of the Party organizations shall generally not be less than 40 hours.
Other types of education and training in party member at the grass-roots level shall be organized and implemented by the Party organization at the next higher level according to the subordinate relationship.
Party member leading cadres who are included in the education and training of Party committees and cadres at all levels should take the lead in participating in the education and training of party member in their own units, in addition to earnestly implementing the relevant requirements of cadre education and training.
