Counselors refer to school public officials engaged in students' ideological and political education, students' daily management, employment guidance, mental health and the construction of student party groups. Each counselor generally manages one or several classes.

Counselors should abide by the professional standards of patriotism and law-abiding, love their posts and respect their work, educate people, study for life and be a teacher; Take students as the center, care for students, serve students, grasp the law of students' growth, and constantly improve students' ideological level, political consciousness, moral quality and cultural accomplishment.
