According to the Notice of Guangdong Provincial Department of Transportation on Further Improving the Supervision Mechanism of Motor Vehicle Driving Training, starting from March 1 this year, the driving school training records will be used as the basis for applying for a driver's license, and students must complete the driving time before they can take the exam, which will lengthen the license obtaining period.
Policy requirements: starting from March 1, students must have 62 hours to take the time training, and C2 must have 60 hours (1 hour = 1 hour) to take the exam, including subject 1 12 hours and subject 2 1 hour.
The vehicle management office said that it will strictly supervise the enrollment of driving school training institutions according to their abilities and report the number of students every month. All driving schools that violate the timing principle, have low training quality and have false behaviors will be closed down, and the public security traffic control department will be notified.
As soon as the policy comes out, in order to meet the driving training standards and avoid punishment, major driving schools will definitely improve the teaching quality and control the number of students in time. In this way, the driving training time will increase, it will be more difficult for students to make an appointment, and driving training will be restricted and not free.
Since March, the driving test time has increased, which means that students who obtain motor vehicle driving licenses in the future must complete the prescribed training time before they can apply for driving tests. In the face of a new round of reform, many driving schools will try their best to increase registration fees and timing fees in order not to lose money. At present, the driving school hours are 1.20 yuan/hour, and the peak period actually reaches 1.80 yuan/hour. Once the policy is implemented, tuition fees will increase in all likelihood, and the cost of learning to drive will increase greatly.
