According to Article 7 of the Labor Contract Law, "The employing unit establishes labor relations with the laborer from the date of employment", we can know that no matter whether the employing unit signs a labor contract with the laborer or not, as long as the laborer starts to work, the employing unit establishes labor relations with it, and at the same time, it should bear the responsibility of paying labor remuneration and social security.
