Dong Dejun's Artistic Achievements
He has held many solo and group concerts in Beijing and Shenyang. He has published more than 20 papers, such as Research on Single Reed Whistle, Best Playing Mechanism of Wind Music Tone, Music Syntax in Wind Music Performance and Teaching, and Application of Clarinet in Symphony and Ensemble Works of Foreign Composers, and compiled books such as Introduction and Improvement of Clarinet, Grading Course for Clarinet and Selected Songs for Clarinet Teaching. He served as the judge of the 2nd National Youth Clarinet Competition in 20001,the 2nd Chamber Music Woodwind Competition of Central Conservatory of Music in 2005, Malimba Solo Competition and many other competitions. In 2000, he was awarded the title of "Outstanding Young Backbone Teacher in Liaoning Province", and in 2005, he was awarded the "District Yongxi Excellent Music Education Award" by the Ministry of Culture.

1998 participated in "Beijing International Clarinet Art Festival" as a member of the organizing committee.

In 2000, he participated in "Yanji International Clarinet Exchange Conference" and served as a member of the organizing committee.

In 2002, he participated in the "Xi Single Spring Art Festival" and served as a member of the organizing committee.

In 2004, he participated in Changchun International Single Spring Art Festival and served as Deputy Secretary-General of the Organizing Committee.
