There are markets, schools, entertainment places, all kinds of self-built houses and rental houses, enterprise miracle unit dormitories, small commodity markets, and commercial buildings along the street in the high-tech urban area. The phenomenon of household dispersion is widespread, with a large number of migrants and a large rolling population, which is typical and representative in all aspects.
2. Census process and basic environment
From July 10 to February 18, the census team completed publicity, harmonious training of census personnel, data mapping, registration review and data set survey, publicized national policies and legal norms to the general public at the initial stage of census registration, distributed a large number of samples of housing lease conventions, and signed letters of responsibility for public security handling of rental houses and rental facades.

When visitors register at home, they generally don't open the door, even if they wear the inspector's ID card, they know their purpose clearly, especially the rolling population has a lower degree of mutual assistance. To tell the truth, it is difficult to register in the census.
(2) it is difficult to complete the account on time. For various reasons, some households leave early and return late, and the enumerators repeatedly fail to find people in a wide range of environments. Usually the best time to enter the home is about three hours in the morning, noon and evening, so it is difficult to complete the registration with high quality.
(3) Residents' understanding of census work is insufficient. Although we did a lot of effective publicity during the census, due to the short publicity time and lack of depth, some residents misinterpreted the police station, and some homeowners did not help each other. Sometimes they disapproved, ignored, concealed or even refused to help each other, which led to the deviation of finding out the bottom and checking the information at home.
(4) The census registration is much more difficult. Judging from the registration environment, the check and registration of the inflow population is relatively smooth as a whole. The inspection results reflect the basic situation of the inflow population, but there are also many difficulties and problems. There are four aspects of tension:
First, the degree of mutual assistance in the inflow census registration is low. What is really long is short, especially those who are engaged in office industries such as beauty salons, and hipsters in entertainment circles.
Second, it is difficult to accurately register the number of residents. Because of the different nature of the work of the inflow population, some rental houses have two or three people in the middle of the night, and five or six people or more in the middle of the night, which is roughly the opposite. It is also generally inhabited during the day and lived by foreigners at night.

Therefore, no one can find the location of the housing tenants. Many homeowners live in other places, and it is difficult to register their information.

1, due to the identity effects such as the enhancement of personal privacy awareness, power drive and insufficient similarity, there is a certain contradiction between the police station and the public, and it is not automatic for residents to provide information to their own households and other households.
