This semester's party class training class started, and I was lucky enough to participate in this training class for party activists. I cherish this study and training very much.

During my study, I listened carefully and recorded each teacher's incisive analysis and unique views on different fields of the party. Encouraged and educated, I became more and more enthusiastic about joining the Party, made me love our great China Party more and more, strengthened my determination to join the Party, and felt that my thoughts and confidence had been greatly improved.

There are four classes in this training, and the content of each class is different. Next, I will summarize the knowledge content of each class.

The first lesson: This lesson is explained by Teacher Li, mainly about "What is the motivation to join the Party?" Related guiding ideology. If a person wants to do something, he will have a motive, that is, why he will do it. Of course, joining the party is the same. Why do you want to join the China * * * production party? There is always a reason and purpose for joining the party. Many students have joined the party, but the purpose of joining the party is different. Therefore, the party's motivation to join the party has two points. One is the wrong motive, and the other is the right motive. According to the tutor's explanation, students' motivation to join the Party is roughly as follows: 1. Some students' parents and grandparents are party member, so they want to join the China * * * production party; 2. Some students feel that joining the Party is glorious, and they feel that they have face in front of their loved ones. 3. Some students see that the students around them are actively joining the party, so they write an application for joining the party, that is, follow the crowd; 4. Some students think that after joining the China * * * production party, it is easier to find a job, and it is easy to get promoted in the unit, which is beneficial to their future. These motives are extremely wrong. These ideas are very common in reality and close to us. After listening to their words, I feel that I also have a wrong element in it, that is, party member's idea of giving priority. Through the instructor's analysis and explanation, I know that the correct motivation for joining the party is to serve the people wholeheartedly and realize capitalism. This correct motivation for joining the Party is consistent with the nature, purpose and goal of the Party and the requirement of becoming a real party member, while those common wrong motives for joining the Party are the opposite, so I must get rid of the wrong ideological motivation and learn the correct motivation for joining the Party. According to the tutor's explanation and my information on the Internet, my conclusion is that the wrong motivation for joining the Party is because the living conditions are not as hard as before, which leads to the incorrect views of activists in the society on party member's requirements to be absorbed by the Party. Therefore, in order to establish a correct motivation to join the party, we must do: 1. Seriously study Marxist theory, study the basic articles of association of the party, and strive to establish a correct motivation to join the party; 2. Practice yourself according to the basic requirements of the Party, so as to deepen and further understand the correct motivation of joining the Party; 3. Encourage yourself with the correct motivation to join the party and abandon the wrong motivation to join the party. I also feel that we should not just talk about the correct motivation to join the party, but actually do it. Since we are determined to join the party, we must keep our word and do it in full accordance with the requirements of the party, so as to improve ourselves and deepen ourselves.

The second class: this class is explained by teacher Lin, mainly explaining the definition, content and practice of the party's fine style of work. At the beginning of this class, we watched a documentary about party building. I understand that the process of party building is so hard. The Party insists on Marxism–Leninism and Deng Xiaoping Theory. After the October Revolution, we actively organized and carried forward the China * * * production party step by step, opposed imperialism, and finally United the people's strength and established our Dangdang Party. Then I learned about the party's fine style, including: 1, the style of integrating theory with practice; 2. The style of keeping close contact with the masses is the style of trusting, relying on, respecting, learning from the masses and being responsible for the masses; 3. Criticism and self-criticism style. These three styles of work are the fundamental purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly and the embodiment of the party's nature. They are the concentrated expression of our party's scientific and realistic spirit towards Marxism, highly responsible spirit towards people's interests and its own thorough revolutionary spirit. They are the magic weapon for us to unite the people to overcome difficulties, defeat the enemy and move from victory to victory. There are two major problems about how to carry forward the party's fine style of work. One is the outstanding problem of self-cultivation and work style: 1, lazy in study, muddling along, without sense of ownership and responsibility, the simplest example combined with reality is sleeping late in the morning; 2, conservative at work, always thinking that this was the case in the past, lacking innovative consciousness; 3. "Unreal" style; 4. lax management and requirements; 5, personal interests first, serious inner distractions. Therefore, we should get rid of this problem and strengthen our self-cultivation. Another problem is to strengthen the sense of responsibility and urgency. In this regard, the following points need to be emphasized: 1. We should focus on strengthening the concept of purpose and earnestly build the party for the public and govern for the people; 2. Strive to improve practical ability and effectively use the Party's scientific theory to guide work practice; 3. Efforts should be made to enhance the sense of responsibility and earnestly perform the duties entrusted by the party and the people; 4. Try to establish correct values and outlook on life, study hard and work hard; 5. Efforts should be made to establish a correct concept of interests and put people's interests first; 6. Efforts should be made to strengthen the Party's concept of discipline and earnestly safeguard the Party's unity and unity. Carrying forward the Party's fine work style is not only a theoretical issue, but also the need of current student cadres, activists and even ordinary students' work style, an important requirement for improving our work and an inevitable requirement for improving ourselves.

Lesson 3: This lesson was told by an excellent senior party member, mainly about how to "get close to" the Party, and secondly, the process of becoming a party member, and learning from yourself by learning the knowledge of the Party. About how to "get close" to the Party, we are not asking to win over us, but to join the Party according to the requirements of the Party. We should strengthen theoretical study, establish firm socialist ideals and beliefs, cultivate good moral quality, aim at serving the people, study hard, actively participate in social practice, strengthen and improve ourselves, and then take the initiative to move closer to the Party. Therefore, it is necessary to study the history and development of the party well, so as to gradually "approach" the party.

The fourth class: Under the leadership of Mr. Lin, we made our own understanding of criticism and self-criticism, criticized our own shortcomings and introduced how to improve them.

Self-criticism is difficult for everyone, because when criticizing someone or others, it is likely to offend someone and hurt their feelings. People in real life often like to hear people praise themselves, but according to the fine style of the Party, everyone should keep a good attitude, treat themselves correctly, know themselves and dissect themselves, because they know themselves best in the world. The person who knows least about himself is himself, so he should accept criticism, let himself understand his own shortcomings, and make clear the correct direction and attitude of doing things, which can also improve the method, angle and analytical ability of seeing problems. For students who want to join the party, accepting criticism can gradually conform to the party's fine style and improve themselves.

Here I make a self-criticism. My two biggest shortcomings are arbitrariness and impulsiveness. I can't join a group well. In the group discussion, when I want to determine the best scheme, I can't seriously put forward my own ideas and suggestions, which is very willful, so I can't get the best scheme of the group. There is also that I am impulsive in handling things and have conflicts with others, which leads to serious situations. In view of this, I will try my best to get rid of these bad habits. I will take my work and study seriously, and I will solve them in the best way. I will supervise myself and hope that the party organization will supervise me.

The above is my self-view and summary of the theoretical knowledge of party classes.

After four classes of study, I will demand myself as a real party member, improve myself, constantly improve myself, actively move closer to the Party organization, and strive to become a member of the Party organization as soon as possible.
