It is unreasonable for the company to charge training fees.

Training employees is to better complete the work and create greater value for the company. The company's training fee is a hidden and necessary investment, and it is unreasonable to pass it on to employees. It is illegal for the unit to charge training fees.

A labor contract shall have the following clauses:

(a) the name, domicile and legal representative or principal responsible person of the employing unit;

(2) The name and address of the laborer and the number of the resident identity card or other valid identity documents;

(3) The term of the labor contract;

(4) Work content and work place;

(5) Working hours and rest and vacation

(6) Labor remuneration;

(7) Social insurance;

(eight) labor protection, working conditions and occupational hazard protection;

(nine) other matters that should be included in the labor contract as stipulated by laws and regulations.

In addition to the necessary provisions stipulated in the preceding paragraph, the employer and the employee may agree on probation, training, confidentiality, supplementary insurance and welfare benefits.

The employer and the employee may agree in the labor contract to keep the employer's business secrets and confidential matters related to intellectual property rights.

For the workers who have the obligation of confidentiality, the employer may stipulate the non-competition clause with the workers in the labor contract or confidentiality agreement, and stipulate that after the labor contract is dissolved or terminated, the economic compensation will be paid to the workers on a monthly basis during the non-competition period. If the laborer violates the non-competition agreement, he shall pay liquidated damages to the employer in accordance with the agreement.

Article 22 of the Labor Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) * * * Where an employer provides special training fees for its employees and provides them with professional and technical training, it may conclude an agreement with the employees to stipulate the service period. If the laborer violates the service period agreement, he shall pay liquidated damages to the employer in accordance with the agreement. The amount of liquidated damages shall not exceed the training expenses provided by the employer. The liquidated damages that the employer requires the laborer to pay shall not exceed the training expenses that should be shared for the unfinished part of the service period. If the employer and the employee agree on the service period, it will not affect the employee's improvement of labor remuneration in accordance with the normal wage adjustment mechanism during the service period.
