Add salt and stir in the same direction until it thickens;

Third step

Add onion and Jiang Shui in several times, and stir thoroughly (add a small amount, stir until it is completely absorbed, and then continue to add) until the ribs are reinforced and the chopsticks are upright.

Fourth step

Add white pepper, oyster sauce and light soy sauce, and stir well;
