There is a "Hello Korean School" opposite the pedestrian street on the west side of Guilin Department Store. Three of my classmates are studying Korean there. They said it was taught by a Korean teacher and learned very well. Now they can speak a lot of spoken English in just over a month, and it feels quite good. You also go and have a look ~!
