These two products are also new products with complicated structures. At first, I was appointed as the project leader. But in the process of design, I obviously felt my lack of ability. In 2000, I studied ANSYS, COSMOS, PRE and other software, bought books and further studied SOLIDWORKS, mastered the new tools of current mechanical design, broadened the design ideas and improved the design ability. In 2000, I only had a preliminary understanding of finite element analysis. In 2006, I taught myself COSMOS finite element analysis software. After many exercises and comparing with the finite element analysis of professionals, I finally mastered this finite element analysis tool. Now, I am full of confidence in finite element analysis. In addition, I have made a leap in finite element analysis software. I thought about learning ANSYS, a more professional and widely used finite element analysis software, but I haven't studied it well because of its difficulty. After all, this is an elective course for masters or even doctors. Later, Teacher Deng asked me to study ANSYS and train technicians. With this as the driving force, after more than a month of hard training, I have basically mastered ANSYS, and now I can use it for simple finite element analysis, which is a leap for myself.
