This position is mainly responsible for logistics support, fleet management, facility maintenance and repair, goods procurement and distribution, and conference support. Compared with logistics, general affairs is broader than logistics. Logistics work is only a part or a module of general affairs.
According to the old occupational classification, general posts such as factory affairs, factory offices and office directors have gradually withdrawn from the conceptual stage of human resources. Financial, administrative, personnel and corporate foreign affairs in the organizational structure of some foreign-funded enterprises or joint ventures directly under the General Administration. It accounts for a considerable proportion in the whole architecture.
Introduction to other work of general affairs
1. Organize the formulation of human resources strategic plan and annual plan, collect information on personnel recruitment, training, assessment and salary in time, and provide information and suggestions for major personnel decisions.
2. Organize to formulate, adjust and improve the human resource management system and implementation rules, and strictly implement them.
3. Put forward the improvement scheme of the organizational system, and adjust the organizational structure and post responsibilities in time after approval. Organize and implement internal and external recruitment and participate in the interview and screening of candidates.
4. Organize the formulation of employee training and development plans and organize employee training.
