Can girls learn martial arts, such as karate, judo and Sanda? Where is this martial arts school in Furong District, Changsha? Give high marks if you are satisfied!
It is no problem for girls to learn martial arts.

I have practiced Sanda for three and a half years and have a national first-class sports instructor certificate. I have had many exchanges with karate, taekwondo and Thai boxing players.

I have many sisters and brothers who practice well, and it is easy to deal with one or two men who have never practiced. I want to give you some advice:

First, you can't learn Taekwondo, a technique dubbed broadcast gymnastics, which is extremely impractical (no doubt).

Second, I don't intend to engage in martial arts training for a long time (for example, 1978), and I don't want to learn China's traditional martial arts, including Wing Chun Boxing.

Third, the true karate legs are very good and powerful. But I think, when it comes to kung fu like Tao, it is often in pursuit of a spirit, and there are more spiritual things than actual combat. Besides, karate is not well developed in China at present, and high-level coaches and gyms are hard to find.

Fourth, to be tough, Muay Thai is the most difficult, mainly relying on knee and elbow attacks. However, the popularity of Muay Thai in China is far less than that of Sanda, and the action of Muay Thai is dull, and people's physical fitness is improved by high-intensity training (Muay Thai kings don't live long).

Fifth, regarding women's self-defense, you can watch some videos online and have a little emergency response. But don't spend money to learn, because most of the skills in women's self-defense are not needed at all. Without the foundation of fist and fist, there is no way.

So I suggest you learn Sanda (not because I have studied Sanda, but because of my objective analysis).

You can ask if you have any questions.
