Third, communicate with customers.

Although I graduated from college less than two years ago, it may be because I am a busy person. Since my sophomore year, I have officially stepped into the design industry with my other foot after studying.

Before I came to Tongcheng, I also came into contact with many kinds of customers, some unreasonable and some amiable, but all of them were face-to-face communication with customers. When there are differences with customers, most of them can easily convince customers with my design expertise, and even make the effect of changing their minds on the spot.

But after coming to Tongcheng, I found that telephone communication is really a very profound knowledge. On the other end of the phone, I can't see the expression and action of the customer on the other end of the phone. I can only analyze and guess customers' thoughts and feelings from their tone on the phone. I gradually began to understand: sometimes, no matter how entangled customers are, I must adhere to certain working principles, because once I set a precedent for a customer, I must consider how to face more customers next, and I must be responsible for my words and deeds to the end; Sometimes, I have to compromise with some customers. Even if they make me hate them, I still have to finish my service to them seriously, because I can't lose some important customers because of some small things.

I have been in the company for almost two months. I feel that time passes very quickly.
