The professional requirements of this recruitment position are set according to the Catalogue of Career Guidance for Civil Servants in Hunan Province in 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the "Professional Catalogue"). The professional catalogue is divided into postgraduate professional catalogue, undergraduate professional catalogue and specialist professional catalogue according to the educational level. The major of the applicant has been included in the professional catalogue corresponding to the minimum academic requirements of the post, but it is not included in the professional requirements of the recruitment post and does not meet the application conditions; Candidates whose majors are not listed in the professional catalogue shall be identified by the leading group for teacher recruitment of experimental schools affiliated to Xiangtan University according to relevant materials. The applicant's major or teacher qualification certificate discipline or professional technical position (title) certificate should be consistent with the applied position. 5. The qualification (degree) of the applicant must be recognized by the state. If there is any doubt about the national academic qualifications (degrees), the results determined by the education administrative departments at or above the provincial level shall prevail; Party school education (degree) in question shall be subject to the results identified by the relevant provincial authorities. Academic degrees obtained through studying abroad must be certified by the Service Center for Studying Abroad of the Ministry of Education before they can be registered. (2) It is not allowed to apply for the exam.
1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes or have been dismissed from public office.
2. Persons who have not been disciplined by Party discipline or government discipline or who are undergoing disciplinary review.
3. Persons suspected of violating the law and committing crimes who are under judicial investigation and have not yet reached a conclusion.
4. In the open recruitment of public institutions at all levels, due to violation of the "Regulations on Disciplinary Handling of Open Recruitment of Public Institutions", it was recorded in the integrity file of open recruitment candidates of public institutions, and the recording period was not full.
5. Laws and policies stipulate that other personnel who are staff members of public institutions shall not be employed.
6. National colleges and universities plan to recruit full-time college students (except full-time college graduates in 2023; Full-time graduate students are not allowed to apply for undergraduate or junior college degrees, and so on in other cases).
7. Rural teachers whose service period has not expired shall be trained at public expense for normal students, special post teachers who are still in the contract period after September 30, 2023, and other personnel whose service period has not expired as stipulated in documents at or above the provincial level.

Third, the recruitment process, information publishing platform and content
1. The recruitment procedures are: registration, written examination, preliminary qualification examination, interview (including practical operation ability test), physical examination, inspection, announcement of proposed employment and employment. Fourth, the application method
1. Each applicant can only choose one position to register, and online registration will be conducted on July 14 from 9: 00 to July 16 17: 00. The uploaded photo should be my recent 35×45mm bareheaded photo with a positive e-certificate (jpg format, below 20KB). After the application information is uploaded, personal information and application positions may not be changed. If the uploaded photo is unrecognizable, the registration is invalid.
2. Applicants should carefully read the qualification requirements listed in the recruitment announcement and position table, and apply for qualified positions in good faith. Read the letter of commitment in good faith carefully, and the application materials submitted should be true and accurate. 1. The written test time is 9: 00 am on Wednesday, July 28th, 2023, and the duration is 120 minutes. Applicants must print the written test admission ticket from the registration website, and the printing time is from the morning of July 26th, 2023 10: 00 to the morning of July 28th, 8:30.
2. The written test ratio is 1∶4. With the approval of the recruitment leading group of the Municipal Education Bureau and the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau, the proportion of professional special posts can be reduced to 1: 2. Recruitment positions that fail to meet the minimum proportion of the examination will be cancelled or the number of positions will be reduced accordingly. Candidates who cancel the recruitment plan can apply for changing to other qualified positions. Cancelled or reduced recruitment positions will be announced after the registration deadline.
3. The written test consists of professional knowledge and comprehensive education knowledge. The full marks of the test papers are all 100, which are combined into the total written test score according to the ratio of 7: 3 (rounded to two decimal places, the same below). The content of the professional knowledge examination is the professional knowledge of the post; The content of the comprehensive knowledge examination of education mainly covers educational laws and regulations, pedagogy, psychology and new curriculum reform. If the total score of written test is less than 60 points, it will not enter the next link.
4. Candidates take the written test with their valid ID card and written test admission ticket, and those who lack any documents are not allowed to enter the examination room.

Sixth, preliminary qualification examination
1. The candidates for the preliminary examination of the finalists shall be determined from high to low according to the minimum proportion of the written test mentioned above. When the written test scores are the same, the one with the highest professional scores will be shortlisted (the same below). 2. If the number of people who entered the interview did not reach the minimum opening ratio due to unqualified preliminary qualification examination, the written test scores will be replenished from high to low.
3. The school will conduct a preliminary qualification examination on the materials of the applicants, and the time and place of the preliminary qualification examination will be notified separately. The subject of the preliminary qualification examination must participate in the preliminary qualification examination with his valid ID card and the original and photocopy of the certificate that meets the qualifications required for the recruitment position (see the post table for details). If the materials and certificates are unrecognizable or incomplete, they shall be deemed to be inconsistent with the preliminary qualification examination, and all the consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the applicants themselves. 4. Some matters needing attention in the primary qualification examination:
(1) "College graduates" refer to college graduates from 202 1 and 20 19/2020 who have not yet completed their work units.
(2) Teachers with special posts whose contracts expire before September 30, 2023 must submit contracts.
(3) Personnel who are temporarily short of professional title certificates must submit the appraisal form or documents that have passed the appraisal, but the original must be submitted before August 3, 20231,otherwise they will be disqualified.
(4) In 2023, college graduates shall submit employment recommendation forms (page by page) stamped with the official seal of the graduation institution, but the original graduation certificate must be submitted before August 3, 20231,otherwise it will be unqualified.
(5) Applicants who have obtained a foreign academic degree shall submit the obtained foreign academic degree certificate and the foreign academic degree certificate issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.
(6) Those who have not yet obtained the teacher qualification certificate can hold the primary and secondary school teacher qualification certificate or the written test scores within the validity period (namely, NTCE scores in the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination, the primary school teacher qualification is written test score 2, and the junior high school and senior high school teacher qualification is written test score 3), but the original teacher qualification certificate must be submitted before August 3, 20231,otherwise it will be considered unqualified.
Seven. interview
1. Those who pass the preliminary examination are all candidates for interview. If the proportion of examination opening is less than 1:4, the minimum proportion of examination opening and interview can be reduced to 1: 2, and the corresponding number of recruitment plans will not be reduced (if only 1 person is recruited for the recruitment position and 1 person passes the qualification examination, the number of recruitment plans will not be reduced).
2. The shortlisted interviewer list and interview announcement will be announced before the interview.
3. After the release of the Interview Announcement, the interview session will not be supplemented.

5. Total interview score 100. The qualified score of interview results is 80 points (inclusive) of the total interview results, and those who fail to reach the qualified score will not enter the follow-up link.
6. Total interview score: If there is only a trial teaching link in the interview, the trial teaching score is the total interview score. If the interview requires trial teaching and practical operation ability test, the trial teaching and practical operation ability test will be combined into the total interview score according to the ratio of 4: 6.
7. Candidates participate in the interview with a valid resident ID card and a written test admission ticket. Holders of two certificates are not allowed to enter the examination room; Those who fail to arrive at the meeting place on time are deemed to have given up on their own.

Eight, physical examination
1. Physical examination objects are determined from high score to low score according to the number of recruitment plans for each position and the ratio of1:1. When the total score is the same, the person with the highest interview score will be shortlisted. If the interview results are the same, the one with the highest written professional knowledge test results will be shortlisted (the same below).
2. The specific time, place and requirements of the medical examination will be notified separately, and the medical examination expenses will be borne by the individual. The physical examination shall be carried out according to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial). Those who have not participated in the physical examination or failed the physical examination cannot enter the follow-up link. If the medical examination is unqualified or abstained, it will be replenished according to the total score from high to low.
Nine. survey
The experimental school affiliated to Xiangtan University inspects qualified personnel and fills in the Inspection Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Staff in Xiangtan Public Institutions. Xiangtan Education Bureau accesses candidates' personnel files, checks certificates and examines whether candidates are not allowed to apply for the exam. Those who fail to pass the inspection or give up on their own will be replenished once according to the total score from high to low.
X. Publicity and employment of the personnel to be hired
After the list of persons to be employed is publicized (7 working days) without objection, the employment procedures shall be handled. After the proposed personnel are publicized and released, they will not be replenished. The employed personnel shall go through the relevant personnel procedures in accordance with the regulations and sign an employment contract with the employing unit.
