Four. Activities require
Home visits should be oriented to all students, especially to highlight key points and achieve "six return visits"; It is necessary to implement the contents of home visits and achieve "six must be promoted"; We must be pragmatic and achieve "six knowledge"; It is necessary to observe discipline and achieve "six prohibitions".
The first is to implement the "six return visits". That is, families of students with special difficulties in life, families of students with learning difficulties, families of left-behind children (single-parent families), families of students with major changes in their ideological learning, families of migrant children, and families of students with disabilities who study in regular classes. On the basis of this field visit, a follow-up visit system is established.
The second is to implement the "six must be promoted". That is, educational policies and measures enter the family, financial aid programs for poor students enter the family, transformation measures for students with learning difficulties enter the family, family education guidance enters the family, psychological and physical health consultation enters the family, and teachers care individually.
The third is to achieve "six knowledge". Students know the purpose and significance of teachers' home visits, parents know students' academic performance at school, parents know students' teachers, teachers know students' family situation and growth environment, teachers know parents' hopes and expectations for their children, and schools know parents' opinions and suggestions collected through home visits.
Fourth, adhere to the "six noes": parents are not allowed to arrange transportation by car, not allowed to make any personal demands on parents in the name of home visits, not allowed to accept money and goods from parents, not allowed to accept meals and reimbursement expenses from parents, not allowed to participate in entertainment and consumption activities organized by parents, and not allowed to use educational information such as recruitment exams that they know or master to seek benefits from parents or provide paid tutoring in the name of home visits.

Establish a long-term mechanism for home visits, conduct regular home visits to all teachers, and visit each student's family once every semester. 2. Clear the task. In mid-July, the school combined with the actual situation, defined the work objectives, implemented the work responsibilities, and decomposed the work tasks. Formulate an implementation plan and carry out activities in a planned and step-by-step manner.
3. Make home visits. Home visit is an important work of school moral education, and it is also an important content of class teacher's work and teachers' teaching and educating people. Home visits are based on the class, with the head teacher taking the lead and all teachers participating. After the home visit, make a comparative analysis of the students' family status and off-campus performance, evaluate the students' psychological status, and carefully fill out the Notes on Home Visit (see annex for the style). Establish students' home visit files through words, pictures and other forms. After the home visit, every home visit teacher should write a home visit report.
(3) Summary and commendation stage (65438+February)

Six, organization and management

Before home visits, teachers should carefully prepare personalized home visits to enhance their pertinence and effectiveness. Students should be positively affirmed and encouraged. After the home visit, teachers should sort out the information found and mastered in the home visit, and do a good job in the exchange and communication of student information among teachers, so as to make school education more targeted. At the same time, do a good job in keeping home visit information and pay attention to protecting the privacy of students and families.
3. Strengthen the assessment link and establish a long-term mechanism. Schools should incorporate home visits into teachers' morality files and business files, as one of the important contents of teachers' morality assessment, performance evaluation and promotion, and as an important basis for selecting outstanding teachers, Jingchu teachers' morality pacesetter and top ten class teachers. 4. Pay attention to parents' opinions and improve the quality of running schools. Schools all over the country should pay attention to collecting and sorting out the opinions and suggestions of parents and society on school running, the construction of teachers' team and the teaching methods in the activities of "visiting thousands of households after class", and take practical and effective rectification measures and solutions in time in combination with the actual situation of the school, so as to strive to run a satisfactory education for the people.
5. Do a good job in publicity and form a good atmosphere. City (state), county (city, district) Education Bureau should make full use of briefings, newspapers, radio, television, Internet and other media, widely publicize and report home visits and good practices and advanced deeds in home visits, improve people's awareness rate, expand social influence, and promote in-depth activities and achieve practical results.
