Second, the approval process:

1. After accepting the application, the agricultural administrative department of each district and county (city) shall complete the examination and approval within five working days. If the examination and approval considers it necessary to improve the conditions, in accordance with the provisions of the notification commitment system, a notification commitment letter for the examination and approval of veterinary drug management projects will be issued, and the veterinary drug business license will be issued after being signed by the applicant to ensure that the conditions for examination and approval are met according to the regulations;

2, the district and county (city) administrative department of agriculture will, within one month from the date of issuing the certificate, notify the enterprises (individual industrial and commercial households) that have obtained the certificate by way of commitment, and conduct on-the-spot inspection on whether they meet the examination and approval conditions.
