According to the payment account provided by the other party, he led the squadron leader, video team assistant Zhu Qinghe and driver Wang to set off overnight and rushed to Changsha, Loudi and other places in Hunan for investigation. Later, he traced it to Guiyang, Guizhou, Foshan, Guangdong and Chengdu, Sichuan. During this period, the police collected a large number of surveillance videos, carefully combed and judged, and finally locked the activity track of the criminal gang. Later, according to his confession, on September 1 1, two other gang members, Deng and He Moufa, were arrested in Shuangfeng County, Hunan Province.

According to the trial, the suspects Tan (male, 32 years old), Deng (male, 39 years old) and He Moufa (39 years old) are all from Shuangfeng County, Loudi. Deng and Tan are related and grew up with He Moufa. Since the beginning of this year, in order to gain illegal benefits, the three men have bought a large number of bank cards, mobile phones, computers and other crime tools, searched online for news reports about leaders' participation in official activities, forged "pornographic photos" of leaders and women by using PS technology, and then extorted by mail, and threatened to report to the relevant departments without remittance as required. During this period, the three people have their own division of labor. The suspect Deng Mouyi is responsible for collecting information and mailing letters, while Tan and He Moufa are responsible for withdrawing money. Deng and others have committed crimes five times, and * * * got 650,000 yuan.

At present, Deng and other three people have been criminally detained by the Jixian police according to law, and the case is under further investigation.
