College Students' Understanding and Experience of Military Training
Military training teaches students to care about others, it deepens their understanding of the responsibility of defending the motherland, and it tells them the attitude they should have when facing difficulties. Matters needing attention in military training

(1) Military training knows to shout slogans every day, although every instructor will say, speak up, you really don't work so hard. Shouting at your throat is your own business. Just try your best, not too hard. So protect your throat and take throat lozenges with you.

For children's shoes that lack exercise for a long time in summer vacation, we must pay attention to warm-up exercises before exercise to avoid excessive strain.
