The function classification of the completion certificate is as follows:

1. The certificate of completion issued by participating in non-academic education and training only proves that a person has participated in a certain type of professional training and does not belong to the academic certificate.

2. The certificate of completion issued by a full-time school refers to the fact that students fail in school, fail to meet graduation qualifications, or their learning institutions do not have the ability to issue certificates recognized by national or regional educational institutions, or they should not or cannot issue diplomas according to state regulations.
