What are the requirements for applying for the level of human resources division?
Human resource manager refers to a manager who has obtained the national professional qualification certificate and is engaged in human resource planning, recruitment and allocation, training and development, performance management, salary and welfare management, labor relations management, human resource legal affairs and so on. Human resource managers are divided into four levels, namely, four-level enterprise human resource managers (intermediate national vocational qualifications), three-level enterprise human resource managers (senior national vocational qualifications), two-level enterprise human resource managers (national vocational qualification technicians) and first-level enterprise human resource managers (senior national vocational qualification technicians).

Declaration conditions:

A first-class enterprise human resources manager (with one of the following conditions)

1, with a doctoral degree in this major or related major, and has been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years continuously;

2. Having worked in this occupation for more than 3 years after obtaining the intermediate professional and technical position in this occupation;

3. Obtain senior professional and technical positions in this occupation and start their own businesses;

4. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the second-level human resource manager of this major, he has been engaged in this major for more than 4 years continuously;

5. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the second-level human resource manager of this major, he has been engaged in this major for more than 3 years continuously, and has been formally trained by the first-level human resource manager of this major to reach the standard hours, and has obtained the graduation (completion) certificate.
