Meet all the following conditions, you can apply:

(1) The organizer shall meet the basic conditions stipulated by national laws, regulations and policies, and conform to the macro-development plan of private vocational training.

(2) Social organizations or individuals other than state institutions. Individuals who apply to run private vocational training schools should have political rights and full capacity for civil conduct, and have no experience of running schools in violation of regulations.

(3) Having a clear name, organization and school articles of association. The name of a private vocational training school shall meet the following requirements:

(a) only one name can be used, and the foreign name should be consistent with the Chinese name.

(two) in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, clear norms. Its name shall be accurately stated according to its administrative region. The name of the school (hospital) organized by the provincial, central and military social organizations is "a vocational training school (hospital) in Guangdong Province", and the name of the municipal school invited by the municipal unit or individual is "a vocational training school in Jieyang City".

(c) Without the approval of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the words "China", "country", "world" and "international" shall not be used.

(4) It meets the requirements of the Notice of Guangdong Provincial Department of Labor and Social Security on Further Strengthening the Management of Private Training Schools forwarded by the General Office of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.

(five) there are full-time managers who meet the requirements and theoretical and practical instructors and managers who are suitable for the type, grade and scale of running a school.

(six) a clear school purpose, training objectives, teaching plan, syllabus and training materials, a sound management system.

(seven) there are fixed teaching places, equipment and facilities suitable for the scale of running a school, which shall meet the standards set by the human resources and social security departments. A legally binding lease contract must be signed for the lease of teaching places, and the lease term shall not be less than 3 years.

(8) There are funds to meet the needs of teaching and a stable source of funds, and the finance should be independently accounted for and can independently bear civil liability.
