Raw materials:
Radish 300g, beef 100g, fish 10, mushrooms 3, tremella 3, ginger 1 piece.
Beef sauce: soy sauce 1 tsp, chopped green onion 1 tsp, minced garlic 1 tsp, sesame 1 tsp, pepper noodles 1 4 tsp, sugar 1 tsp, sesame oil/kloc.
Seasoning sauce: 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon mashed garlic, 2 tablespoons mashed onion, 2 tablespoons sesame, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 20g shredded red pepper.
Production method:
(1) Cut the radish into 4×5cm.
(2) Beef, mushrooms and tremella are shredded to taste, and ginger is good.
(3) Put the radish and dried fish slices into a pot and add water to boil.
(4) Put the beef, mushrooms, tremella, ginger and shredded pepper into the cooked radish, and add seasoning to stew.
Bibimbap
Ingredients: rice 1 bowl
Beef 30 grams
30g shredded onion
A little bean sprouts
A little spinach
White sesame 1 spoon
A little kimchi
A little radish and pickles.
Eggs 1
Korean Chili sauce 1 tablespoon
1 tbsp sesame oil
Exercise: (1) Shred beef, marinate with a little white powder, and then mix well with shredded onion for later use.
(2) Blanch bean sprouts and spinach with a little salt and water until cooked, then add white sesame seeds and a little sesame oil.
(3) Heat the stone pot, first pour in 1 tbsp sesame oil, then pour in white rice, add beef, kimchi, radish kimchi, soybean sprouts and spinach, then add eggs, stew together for 2 minutes, then add Korean Chili sauce and mix well to serve.
If there is no stone pot, shredded onion and shredded beef can be fried together instead of raw shredded beef, and eggs can also be fried into poached eggs instead.
Korean miso soup raw materials:
Appetizer sauce 100g, tofu 1 piece, Chinese cabbage and pickle 200g, beef 50g, green pepper 3, onion 1 piece, garlic 3, Chili noodles 2 teaspoons, salt 3 cups, rice washing water.
The process of miso soup:
(1) Divide the tofu in two and cut it into 1cm, and cut the cabbage and kimchi into 3-4cm wide. Cut the green pepper and remove the seeds. Beef is also shredded and mixed with onion and garlic.
