Minefield 6: not seeking truth from facts

Minefield 7: Not independent

More than once, I saw the applicant in the company of his mother or boyfriend (girlfriend), the applicant was interviewed inside, and his family members were waiting at the front desk. It's ridiculous to ask him/her why he/she needs company, honestly answer "It's not safe to go home alone" and humorously say "We're going for a ride in the street later". Come on, how old are you? You need family to accompany you when you are looking for a job. Do I need to bring a nanny to work on a business trip? People can't help but strongly doubt this gentleman's independence and self-care ability.
