The National Vocational Skills Training Base (NTB) is a specialized vocational skills training institution established with the support of the Vocational Skills Appraisal Bureau of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of China and the Employment Training Guidance Center of China.

NTB follows the national vocational standards promulgated by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of China, conducts pre-examination training and registration for vocational qualification appraisal, and assists vocational skill appraisal institutions in organizing examinations and appraisals.
