Silky milk tea practice:

1, add water and white sugar to the pot, and heat with low heat until the white sugar gradually melts and bubbles, without stirring during heating.

2. At the same time, take another pot, sit in the water, add the light cream and heat it until it boils. At this time, the syrup in the pot is getting darker and darker. If the color is uneven, you can shake the pot a little. When the syrup turns dark amber, turn off the heat and pour in the boiling light cream. At this time, the liquid in the pot will boil violently and the end will be far away from the fire source. Stir well with a wooden spoon and let cool.

3. Tea washing: After the teapot is boiled, add a proper amount of black tea, boil it again and drain the tea.

4. Tea boiling: add boiling water, turn to low heat for about 3 minutes after boiling, and filter out tea leaves without tea residue.

5. Pour the filtered tea back into the teapot, add appropriate amount of cream cola syrup, and boil again.
