Bion Pluralistic Education is one of the members of Ding Sheng Education. In 2009, two children's American English training chain stores were formally merged. There are 45 direct chain schools nationwide with nearly 40,000 students. In 2008-09, it was rated as one of the top ten most competitive educational institutions in China by authoritative media such as Sina, Tencent and Beiqing Daily, and its chairman, Mr. Liu Hongbing, was also selected as one of the top ten leading figures in education in China.

"Beyond M.I. Education" was established in 1998, and its headquarters is located in Xiamen, Fujian with beautiful environment and diverse cultures. With China hosting the Olympic Games and Beijing becoming the global focus, as well as the opportunity of multicultural communication created by the three links across the Xiamen Strait, the two universities formally merged based on complementary advantages, and the headquarters of the merged university is located in Beijing. Ding Sheng Education aims at "four-in-one, diversified education", integrates the existing resources of R&D, enrollment, teaching and other departments, establishes a domestic flagship school as a service center of a province/city/district, establishes a learning institution in the form of a children's club, and truly establishes a multimedia and diversified English learning environment for children and parents by combining face-to-face small class training, electronic whiteboard multimedia teaching and diversified services and activities with full marks.

The goal is to create a new generation of heroes with an international vision and pay attention to the development of children's innate advantages. Bion brings together English educators with rich teaching experience from both sides of the strait, summarizes the educational ideas of Asian non-English-speaking countries, and puts forward the English learning course "Magic Spelling" which is most suitable for the 2- 10 age group, so as to make children "naturally spell" in a short time.
