I. Purpose of implementation

Fourth, the training responsibilities

1. As the competent department of training, the administration department is mainly responsible for the planning, organization, implementation and control of the company's training activities;

2. Other departments are responsible for assisting the Administration Department in organizing and implementing training, and at the same time organizing skills, operating procedures and other related training within their own departments.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) training content

1, induction training

It refers to training employees in company development, corporate culture, three-level safety education and company management system, so that new employees can get familiar with and understand the company as soon as possible and adapt to the company's environment and working mode.

(1) The pre-job training for new employees is based on the principle of "training first, then taking up the post";

(2) The new employee training shall be the responsibility of the employee's department and administration department, and shall be implemented within one month after reporting;

(3) The main contents of the training include the general knowledge training organized by the Administration Department and the training arranged by various departments, and the person in charge of the department training is the department head or the designated trainer;

(4) Common sense training includes: company reform, concept, strategy, development prospect, organization, relevant system policies, code of conduct, professional ethics education, company products, etc. The training time is not less than 2 hours.

(5) Department training includes: the person in charge of the department introduces new employees, workshop safety training, operation skills training and security team training to other personnel of the department, and the training time is not less than 3 hours;

(6) After the probation period expires, new employees who have not participated in the pre-job training for new employees due to personal reasons shall not be converted into regular employees;

(7) After the new employee training, the Administration Department will file the training records.

2. Knowledge training

It refers to training employees with new knowledge of this major and related majors, so that they have the basic knowledge necessary to complete their jobs and the new knowledge needed to adapt to future jobs.

3. Skills training

It refers to the training of on-the-job employees on their job responsibilities, operational procedures and professional skills, so that they can freely use, play and improve on the basis of fully mastering the theory. Skills training includes senior management training, middle and junior management training and junior staff training.

I. Senior management personnel

(1) Senior managers refer to those who have an important influence on the company's strategic decision, including the general manager, deputy general manager and other senior managers;

(2) Through training, senior managers can master the changes in the business environment, the development trend of the industry, the procedures and methods of decision-making, improve their insight, thinking, decision-making and leadership skills, and ensure that decision makers correctly perform their duties;

(3) In addition to the system management theory and skills required by the market economy, such as management, organizational behavior, marketing, business strategy, business process control, leadership science and art, we should also pay attention to concepts and ideas.

(4) The training mode is mainly external training.

4. Special training: According to different business nature, the company sends employees to participate in various special training courses;

5. Off-the-job study: The company sends employees to universities and scientific research institutions to study off-the-job to cultivate professional and technical talents in short supply;

6. Quality training: refers to training employees in psychology and values, establishing mutual trust between the company and employees, and meeting the needs of employees for self-realization.

Training is divided into internal training, overseas training and self-training.

1, internal training

Combined with the actual needs of enterprises, the company will organize relevant training from time to time. Internal training mainly includes the following five aspects:

(4) Continuing education and training: employees with professional technical titles and engaged in professional technical management should participate in continuing education for at least 72 hours every year. At the beginning of each year, the relevant departments put forward the annual continuing education and training plan for this major, which will be submitted to the administrative department for review and approved by the general manager, and then implemented as planned; ?

(5) Intra-departmental training: refers to small-scale, flexible and practical training for employees by various departments according to actual work needs. Intra-departmental training is organized by each department and reported to the Administration Department regularly;

2. Overseas training

Refers to the training outside the company, including all kinds of training organized by the company, domestic short-term training, study tour, qualification training, etc.

Seven, training files.

1. The administrative department shall establish employee training files, including training attendance sheet, training courseware, number of trainees, training time, learning situation, various training materials obtained, examination papers, etc.

Eight. Training lecturer

Nine. Training materials

1. Training materials include internal and external materials. The carrier of teaching materials can be words, electronic documents, audio recordings, videos, etc. The teaching materials are managed by the administration department.

2. The internal training materials are compiled as follows:

(1) Experience sharing and lessons learned during work;

(2) Cases of major events (success or failure) of the enterprise this year;

3. Introduction and digestion of foreign training materials

(1) When hiring an external organization to conduct training in the company, the external organization shall provide corresponding training materials, which shall be filed and managed by the Administration Department;

(2) If the employees of the company are sent abroad to attend open courses, they should submit the original or copy of the teaching materials to the administrative department for the record within one week after the training.

X. Training facilities

The construction, purchase, maintenance and management of training facilities and equipment are based on the principle of "full use of resources" and are used by relevant departments of the company in turn according to needs.

XI。 Training funds

(1) The company invests a certain amount of funds for training every year, and the funds are earmarked for special purposes, mainly for training and lecturer training; Purchase materials and teaching materials;

(2) The scope of reimbursement for training expenses includes tuition fees, registration fees and qualification certification fees.

(3) For the convenience of management, the transportation and catering expenses generated by the training are charged in the annual budget expenses of the company and reimbursed according to the company's standards.

Twelve. training plan

(1) Training plan includes annual training plan and monthly training implementation plan;

(2) The Administration Department issues the training demand questionnaire at the beginning of June every year 1 1, and the department head summarizes the training demand questionnaire according to the actual situation of the department and reports it to the Administration Department before the beginning of February 1;

(3) The Administration Department formulates the company's annual training plan according to the company's development strategy, training demand survey, personnel evaluation, personnel files and other information;

(4) The annual training plan should include the specific person in charge of training, training targets, training objectives and contents, training budget, etc. After the annual training plan is approved by the general manager, it will be distributed to all departments in the form of company documents;

(5) Each department shall, according to the annual training plan, formulate the training implementation plan for the next month before 25th of each month and report it to the Administration Department for the record;

(6) The training organized by the department and not included in the company's annual training plan shall be filled in by the subordinate department and submitted to the Administration Department. After being approved by the general manager, relevant departments will organize the implementation;

(7) Employees who temporarily put forward to participate in various overseas trainings shall fill in the Employee Outgoing Training Form with the consent of the head of the subordinate department, and submit it to the Administration Department for filing after the approval of the General Manager;

(8) In principle, the training implementation process should be carried out according to the annual training plan formulated by the Administration Department, and if adjustment is needed, it should be applied to the Administration Department for approval;

(9) The Administration Department is responsible for recording and saving training process information, such as electronic documents, audio recordings, videos, slides, etc. , and establish training files based on this after the training.

Thirteen. Effect evaluation

1. The Administration Department should improve the training effect through training effect evaluation to decide whether further training is needed or training methods are improved;

2. Training effect evaluation and training assessment can be combined. The commonly used training effect evaluation methods are as follows:

(1) Training classroom assessment, specifically referring to classroom discipline and attitude;

(2) Examination, on-site operation, work notes and case analysis;

(3) Daily work application or work performance;

Fourteen Training management

1. Employees have the right to participate in various trainings organized by the company without affecting their jobs;

2. Employees who have been approved for training have the right to enjoy all the benefits provided by the company for the trained employees;

3. During the training period, the trainees shall not intentionally escape or not be present;

4. After the training, employees have the obligation to apply the knowledge and skills they have learned to their daily work;

5. Non-full-time training can only be used in spare time. If it is really necessary to take up working hours to participate in training, it should be reported to the local department and the administrative department for approval with the valid certificate of the training department;

6. During full-time training, employees shall not terminate or terminate the labor contract without reason. If the contract expires during the training period, the labor contract shall be renewed for a certain period, except those who reach the statutory retirement age.

7. Trained employees must sign a training agreement with the company if they meet one of the following conditions:

(1) The off-job training time is more than three months;

(2) In a natural year, the company pays more than 5,000 yuan for training.

8. The personnel participating in the out-of-town training should first submit a written out-of-town training application, and then submit an out-of-town training report to the Administration Department after the training;

9. After the students return, they must organize what they have learned into complete study materials, and send them to the administrative department for the record together with test scores, copies of graduation certificates and other related materials;

If you need to go out for training due to work reasons, you should sign a training agreement with the company to reach a certain training fee, and the agreement stipulates that the service life in the company should be appropriately extended after training. The specific criteria are as follows:

1. If the training expenses paid by the company for employees at one time or cumulatively are 5,000-20,000 yuan, the original labor contract will be extended for three years;

2. If the training expenses paid by the company for employees at one time or cumulatively are more than 20,000 yuan, the original labor contract will be extended for 5 years;

3. If the full-time training lasts for more than 3 months, the original labor contract will be extended for two years every 3 months.

4. If the employee fails to complete the service life or resign during the training period as agreed, he shall compensate the company for the corresponding economic losses as agreed.

Sixteen, overseas training

By organizing overseas training, company personnel can learn advanced technology and professional technical skills in the industry.

1. Overseas training includes qualification courses provided by government decrees, sponsored and approved by government units and companies; Special professional knowledge or skills courses; Various forensic examinations; Overseas exchange visits; Continuing training of enterprise managers, etc.

2, the form of training abroad is divided into full-time, non-full-time and on-the-job training;

3. Expatriate training plan: The administration department and various departments put forward the overseas training plan and submit it for approval before the start of the new year; Applicants for temporary assignment shall apply according to the procedures and be implemented after being approved by the department, administration and general manager;

4. The personnel relationship of the personnel participating in overseas training should be within the company and have the willingness to serve the company for a long time;

5. Personnel participating in overseas training shall fill in the Overseas Training Form for Employees.

6. After the overseas training, the overseas trainees should submit the study log filled in during the overseas training to the Administration Department within seven days after returning to the company. After participating in the training and study, individuals must register with the administrative department with a certificate of completion, examination results or other supporting materials;

7. The expenses reimbursement of overseas trainees should be summarized and filled in within seven days after returning to China, and the reimbursement procedures should be handled after being reviewed and registered by the administrative department and approved by the general manager;

8. If students apply for part-time or full-time study, the salary payment standard during this period shall be implemented according to the relevant regulations of the company.

Eight. supplementary terms

1. Employees who violate the training regulations or other disciplinary phenomena will be punished according to the specific circumstances;
