TRIZ Training Innovation Method: Where did it originate? How did it develop?
First, the origin and development of TRIZ

TRIZ theory was founded in 1946 by the inventor G.S. Altschuller of the former Soviet Union. Under his leadership, research institutions, universities and enterprises in the former Soviet Union formed a TRIZ research group, analyzed nearly 2.5 million high-level invention patents in the world, summarized the laws and patterns followed by the development and evolution of various technologies, and the innovative principles and rules for solving various technical and physical contradictions. Establish a comprehensive theoretical system composed of various methods and algorithms to solve technology and realize innovation and development, and integrate the principles and laws of multidisciplinary fields to establish a TRIZ theoretical system.

TRIZ has systematic innovative methods and tools, and its theoretical system includes nine parts: eight evolutionary rules; Final ideal solution; 40 principle of invention; 39 engineering parameters and contradiction matrix; Separation principle of physical contradiction; Physical field model analysis; Standard solution of invention problem; ARIZ (standard algorithm for invention problems); Knowledge base of physical effects and phenomena.

The process of using TRIZ to realize innovation is as follows: firstly, the problem to be solved is analyzed, and the problem to be solved is expressed by using the parameters suitable for this problem in 39 general engineering parameters, and a specific problem is transformed into a TRIZ problem; Secondly, determine whether the TRIZ problem is a technical contradiction or a physical contradiction. If it is a technical contradiction, use the contradiction matrix to find out the appropriate principle from 40 invention principles; if it is a physical contradiction, use the separation principle to determine the appropriate invention principle. Finally, through the invention principle, the solutions to specific problems are found and evaluated. If the scheme is satisfactory and feasible, implement it. If the scheme is not feasible, repeat all the steps until a satisfactory feasible scheme is found.

Second, the development trend of TRIZ

China scholars began to study TRIZ in the early 1990s. In recent years, TRIZ has gradually attracted people's attention, and its principles and tools have also been analyzed and studied. The integration of TRIZ with various design theories has become an important research direction in this field.

1, conceptual design

Conceptual design is defined as: "After the task is determined, the functional structure is abstractly drawn up, the appropriate action principle and its combination are sought, the basic solution path is determined, and the relevant scheme is obtained. This part of the design work is called conceptual design. "

2. Process

① demand analysis

Meeting customer needs is the ultimate goal of conceptual design. Analyzing customers' voices laid a foundation for improving the functional structure and technical characteristics of products in conceptual design.

② Functional design

From abstract to concrete analysis of product concepts, in-depth and orderly analysis of product functional structure, analysis of the relationship between functions. Combined with relevant principles, the function is conceived and designed.

③ Scheme evaluation and optimization

The evaluation and optimization of the scheme in the conceptual design stage plays a decisive role in the subsequent design stage. According to the related evaluation attributes and standards, a systematic evaluation and optimization system is established.

3. Characteristics

Innovation, diversity and hierarchy are the three characteristics of conceptual design.

Thirdly, the construction of conceptual design process model based on TRIZ.

By analyzing the customer needs of specific products, we can understand the voice of customers, study the functional structure of products from abstract to concrete, transform the general solution of TRIZ into a general solution, and then concretize it into a solution to a specific problem. If no conflict is found, define and analyze all aspects of the product again.

Innovation is the magic weapon for the survival and development of enterprises. TRIZ, as an innovative problem-solving theory, provides theoretical support for product conceptual design stage. The combination of TRIZ and conceptual design is of great practical significance to meet customer needs, predict the future development trend of products, shorten the product development cycle and improve the success rate of product innovation.
