4. "Production and management of high-quality products". Managers, technicians and operators at all levels in the injection molding workshop should enhance their quality awareness, strengthen the control of the production process, do a good job of self-inspection and inspection of injection molded parts, and carry out processing and production according to the samples confirmed by customers. ?

5. Do a good job in the regional planning of placing defective products, qualified products, products to be inspected and processed in the injection workshop. Plastic parts with different quality states should be clearly identified and classified/partitioned to prevent confusion. ?

6. The quality problems in the injection molding process should be analyzed/actively handled in time. When each set of molds is insufficient, the product quality and mold condition should be reviewed, and samples should be kept for maintenance so as to continuously improve. ?

7. Strengthen the quality training and skills training of personnel in each position. The quality of products depends on every post, every detail and everyone's work quality. ?

8. Do a good job in quality shift, ensure that the next shift does not repeat the quality problems of the previous shift, and do a good job in packaging, storage and management of plastic parts.
