Chengdu Education Bureau (Weibo) held a briefing on "Xiaoshengchu" in Chengdu private schools on 20 13. Compared with previous years, there will be several major changes in this year's "Xiaoshengchu" private schools, including registration by region (local and foreign students in Chengdu), registration in two batches, and online registration of 17 private schools.

It is particularly worth mentioning that when students fill in the application materials online, similar words such as "Olympic Mathematics" will become "sensitive words" and be blocked. At the same time, private schools can independently determine the enrollment method according to the characteristics of running a school. Change 1 geographical registration

Tang Ping, director of the administrative examination and approval department of Chengdu Education Bureau, said that the first major change in the "Xiaoshengchu" of private schools in Chengdu this year was to divide students into local students and foreign students. Local students refer to students who graduated from primary schools in Chengdu, and foreign students refer to students who graduated from primary schools in Chengdu 19 districts (cities) and counties and Chengdu High-tech Zone (Weibo). Local students and foreign students have different time for registration and evaluation.

Change 2 points and register in two batches.

Tang Ping said that the second major change was mainly aimed at the situation that only a number of private schools were registered in Chengdu in the past. Starting from this year, the private schools involved in online registration (see "Change 3") will be registered in two batches. Registration time for local students is from May 5 to 17, and registration time for foreign students is from April 1 to 22. Local students cannot register during the registration time of foreign students, and foreign students cannot participate in the registration of local students.

Change 3 Online Registration

As the biggest change in Chengdu's private junior high school policy this year, 17 private schools, including Chengdu Foreign Language School, began to try to register online this year. Students must register through the online registration system (registration website: mbxsc.cdzk.net). If the online registration fails, it will not be arranged to participate in the assessment, and it will not be accepted. The education administrative department will not handle the relevant procedures.

Tang Ping also said that the online registration system also plays an important role-it will provide parents with an information platform and an inquiry platform for private schools. Whether it is necessary for schools to conduct quality assessment and specific assessment time when enrolling students, the online registration system should publish its specific content. "This greatly facilitates the parents of students, and it is more conducive to their independent choice without going to school to register."

All private schools should rationally allocate different batches of enrollment places, and the proportion of local students should not be lower than in previous years.

Registration instructions

You can't fill in "Olympiad" when filling in personal information.

In view of the problem of limiting the number of applicants after popular registration in some private schools in the past, Tang Ping and Chen Songlin, deputy directors of Chengdu Admissions Office, respectively said that online registration this year does not limit the number of applicants, and parents of students can successfully register as long as they follow the normal online reporting procedures within the specified time.

Note 2 Sensitive word masking

In this year's enrollment method, the Chengdu Education Bureau clearly stipulates that all kinds of subject competitions and subject grade certificates such as the Olympic Mathematics shall not be used as the basis for enrollment. Not only that, Chen Songlin also revealed that in the process of filling in personal basic information in the online registration system this year, the system deliberately set similar words such as "Olympic Mathematics" as "sensitive words", which will be blocked when students fill in, resulting in invalid filling.

Chen Songlin said that the online registration system is still in the testing stage, and parents of students can log in and try to fill it out. "It is invalid to fill in the test stage, and it must be filled in within the specified time to be effective." Chen Songlin repeatedly stressed that once the official information has passed the qualification examination, it cannot be modified.

Note 4 Avoid "crash" in assessment.

After the registration is completed, it is necessary to check whether the assessment time of the selected schools coincides. If the assessment time coincides, an assessment school must be selected. Tang Ping also stressed yesterday that this year's 17 online private schools are all private schools with students in the central city, not according to the quality of the schools.
