When applying for a driver's license for agricultural machinery, the applicant shall first apply to the county-level agricultural machinery supervision station where the household registration is located, fill in the application form for driver's license for tractors and combine harvesters, and submit the applicant's identity certificate and photocopy, as well as the physical condition certificate of the driver of tractors and combine harvesters. After passing the examination by the supervision station, the applicant accepts the application and then goes to the tractor driver training school for training. Tractor driver training schools shall conduct training subject by subject in accordance with the relevant provisions of the syllabus, and issue training records after the training. The applicant takes the training record to the examination post of the monitoring station to take the examination. According to the relevant regulations. After the applicant who applies for tractor driver's license for the first time or applies for increasing the quasi-driving type has passed all the examination subjects. Agricultural machinery supervision institutions shall issue tractor driver's licenses within 5 days. If it is allowed to increase the number of quasi-driving models, the original tractor driver's license shall be withdrawn.

The driving test subjects are divided into:
(1) subject 1: theoretical knowledge test;
(2) Subject 2: venue driving skills test;
(3) Subject 3: Field Operation Skills Examination;
(4) Subject 4: Road Driving Skills Test.
The examination contents and eligibility criteria shall be formulated by the Ministry of Agriculture.
Article 11
To apply for a driver's license, apply to the agricultural machinery supervision institution in accordance with the following provisions:
(a) living in the domicile, it shall apply in the domicile;
(two) living outside the domicile, can apply at the place of residence;
(3) Overseas personnel shall apply at their place of residence.
