Guizhou Aerospace Vocational and Technical College (hereinafter referred to as the College) is the first batch of public higher vocational colleges in Guizhou Province approved by the people's government of Guizhou Province in May 2000, which was formed by the merger of the former Guizhou Aerospace Workers College and the former Guizhou Aerospace Senior Technical School, which were established in 1984 and 1976 respectively. It was originally affiliated to China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation. On July 20 14, with the approval of Guizhou Provincial People's Government, the school card of Guizhou Aerospace Technician College was added.
On August 20 18, China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation signed an agreement with Guizhou Provincial People's Government to transfer the College to the local government for management. On 20 19 and 2020, with the approval of the Central Committee, the Ministry of Finance and the provincial government, the College was handed over to the Zunyi Municipal People's Government for management in 2002 1 and1.
