Wuxue Normal School in Hubei Province and Wuxue Experimental High School were founded in 1946. Over the past 60 years, they have trained more than 40,000 primary school teachers for the country. The campus covers an area of 246 mu with a building area of 80,000 square meters. In 2003, with the approval of Wuxue Education Bureau, the school established Wuxue Experimental High School in Hubei Province, and in 2007, with the approval of Huanggang Education Bureau, it established Wuxue Vocational and Technical School (1993- 1997), which was relocated and expanded with high starting point, high standard and high grade. Comrade Jin Changze, former director of the Teachers Department of the State Education Commission, inspected the school and praised it as "the pearl of Central China and a model for the construction of normal schools".
