With the acceleration of social life and the increase of work pressure, people have more and more psychological problems, and the number of deaths caused by psychological problems is as high as 2.8 million every year. Therefore, the country urgently needs professional psychological counselors to solve these problems. At present, the number of psychological counselors in society is very limited, and the level is mixed. To this end, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security issued the National Professional Standard for Psychological Counselors, which provides unified professional qualification training and appraisal for those engaged in psychological counseling.

The center is a professional institution approved by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, and is responsible for the certification and training of psychological counselors. All enrollment work and teaching are carried out in accordance with national unified standards.

First, training objectives

(a) psychological counselor level 3 (with one of the following conditions):

1, college degree or above in psychology, education and medicine;

2. Bachelor degree or above in other majors;

(two) psychological counselor level two (with one of the following conditions):

1, engaged in psychological counseling for more than 3 years after obtaining the third-class professional qualification certificate of psychological counselor;

2. Master degree or above in psychology, education and medicine;

3, with psychology, education, medical intermediate and above professional and technical professional qualifications, engaged in psychological counseling for more than 3 years;

Second, the training content

Open 10 core course +2 characteristic review courses+operation skill training+field practice.

(1) Basic+skills courses: general psychology, social psychology, developmental psychology, mental health and psychological barriers, psychometrics, consulting psychology, professional ethics and law; Psychological diagnosis skills, psychological counseling skills, psychological testing skills.

(2) Specialized refresher courses (two elective courses): personal growth of psychological counselors, application of hypnosis technology, sand table game therapy technology, systematic family therapy, etc.

(3) Operating skills training and trainee operating skills related knowledge:

1, Psychological diagnosis skills training: reception for first visit, initial diagnosis, and formulation of consultation plan.

2. Psychological counseling skills training: individual counseling skills training, group counseling skills training, personal growth training, case discussion and special lectures, and psychological test skills training. The consulting organization observed the internship on the spot.

3. Psychological test skills training: intelligence test, personality test, psychological evaluation scale, group psychological test and psychological counseling skills training.

(4) On-site practice: After graduation, arrange to go to the hospital for interactive practice and hold large-scale public consultation activities.
