Paying the tour fee according to the articles of association is the obligation of the league members, and it is a necessary form for the league members to keep in constant contact with the league members, support the work of the league members economically, fulfill the obligations of the league members, and continuously enhance the organizational concept. Doing a good job in the collection, management and use of tour fees is an important work for grassroots organizations and league members, and it is also a measure to educate and manage league members.

First, about the payment of tour fees.

1, league organizations at all levels should strictly implement the regulations on the collection of tour fees and pay the tour fees on time. In a certain period of time, the higher-level league organizations may, according to the actual situation of the tour fee collection since it was re-standardized, formulate an increasing plan for the tour fee collection on the current basis, so as to achieve the goal of collecting the tour fee according to the regulations year by year.

2. In addition to paying the tour fee as required, members can also pay more voluntarily.

4. Organizations at all levels of the League should submit the income and expenditure of tour fees together with the tour fees that should be turned over in accordance with the regulations to the League Committee at the next higher level in a timely manner. Every year, the Communist Youth League at a higher level shall inspect and report the collection, management and use of the tour fees of the Communist Youth League at a lower level, commend the advanced, urge the backward, find problems and deal with them in a timely manner.
