Why should leadership training institutions be divided into self-development and leadership growth?
Quite simply, to be a leader, you must first have the ability to convince the team and members. It is for this reason that it is necessary to strike while the iron is hot.
When I was a student, I led and organized activities. After entering the society, it may be unlimited business opportunities, which is related to the important decisions of the people. And an excellent leader must first temper his talents and emotional intelligence to the extreme, so that someone will be willing to work with you and fight for you wholeheartedly.
With these, an excellent leader must have a broad vision, a rigorous attitude and a calm temperament.
So back to our question, what if our natural character is not strong enough?
Sometimes the formation of leadership, the formation of leadership temperament and the formation of other substances form a derivative relationship. Such as prestige, such as dependence, such as admiration, such as a sense of looking up, and so on. As the saying goes, talking loudly is not necessarily right. If you are not strong enough, you don't have to argue with others. Only state what you think is the most adequate, reasonable and convincing. Even if it is speaking out of turn, even if it is slow.
No problem if you are not strong, but if you are a leader, you must not be indecisive. As a leader, the most important thing is decision-making ability. You are the decision-maker, you can use your strength to intimidate your subordinates to feel dignified, you can give them a relaxed working atmosphere and environment, but you must never swing from side to side in making decisions.
There are many examples of weak leadership, but if you want to lead, you must have convincing highlights. You may not have Obama's aura, but you have to convince people with personality charm. This is another way of leadership, isn't it?
