Rule number one In order to standardize the management of civil servants, safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, strengthen the supervision of civil servants, build a high-quality civil servant team, promote diligence and honesty, and improve work efficiency, this Law is formulated in accordance with the Constitution.
Rule number two The term "civil servant" as mentioned in this Law refers to the staff who perform public duties according to law and are included in the state administrative establishment, and their wages and benefits are borne by the state finance.
Article 76? Civil servants enjoy welfare benefits in accordance with state regulations. The state improves the welfare treatment of civil servants according to the level of economic and social development.
Civil servants implement the working hours system stipulated by the state and enjoy vacations in accordance with state regulations. Civil servants who work overtime outside the statutory working days shall be given corresponding compensatory time off.
The police belong to civil servants and work according to the working mechanism stipulated in the post-attachment system.

Article 77? The state establishes a civil servant insurance system to ensure that civil servants receive help and compensation in cases of retirement, illness, work injury, maternity and unemployment.
Civil servants who are disabled in the line of duty enjoy the disability treatment stipulated by the state. If a civil servant dies or dies in the line of duty, his relatives shall enjoy pensions and preferential treatment prescribed by the state.
