The biggest highlight of this law is that it directly puts forward that health is the basic rights and interests of human beings at the legal level for the first time, and activates the right to health in the basic rights of citizens in the Constitution in the form of law. Therefore, the formulation and implementation of this law will be conducive to the implementation of the Constitution's provisions on the development of medical and health undertakings and the protection of people's health, to guiding the overall reform and development of medical and health undertakings, and to promoting and ensuring the implementation of the healthy China strategy.
