(1) Persons with the following qualifications can apply for registration
1. has the nationality of China people, is law-abiding, has good conduct, supports the party's line, principles and policies, has good political and ideological quality, is interested in working in public institutions and obeys organizational arrangements.
2. The majors, academic qualifications and related conditions studied are consistent with the requirements for the introduction of posts.
The corresponding diploma and degree certificate must be obtained before July 3, 20231.
Doctoral and master graduates from foreign universities must complete their undergraduate education in China.
3. Be in good health, meet the medical examination standards for civil servants (teachers should also meet the medical examination standards for teachers), and have the physical conditions and good psychological quality to perform their duties normally.
(2) Persons under any of the following circumstances cannot register.
1. Staffing of institutions within the jurisdiction of Sanmenxia City;
2. Having received criminal punishment for committing a crime;
3 suspected of violating the law and discipline, being investigated by the relevant authorities, and no conclusion has been reached;
4. The punishment period or the affected period;
5. Persons who are found to have serious violations of recruitment discipline such as fraud in civil service examinations, talent introduction, and open recruitment examinations of public institutions;
6. The position applied for constitutes avoidance relationship;
7. Unless otherwise stipulated by the state and the province, it is not allowed to apply for personnel of public institutions;
8. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations that are not suitable for introduction.
(3) Age requirements

Third, introduce the procedure.
(1) Online Registration
Registration time: June 6, 2023 from 8:00 to1October 3 1 day 18:00.

Data upload: scanned copies of my ID card, academic degree certificates at various stages, academic certification report, professional title certificate and other relevant certification materials required by the registration conditions.
Freshmen who have not graduated are required to provide an online verification report of the student status of the Ministry of Education.
To obtain a foreign academic degree, you must provide the academic degree certification certificate issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education.
In the job requirements, party member must provide relevant certificates.
Candidates are required to fill in and upload the Application Form for Talent Introduction in Sanmenxia Public Institutions (Annex 2).
(2) Qualification examination
1. When you register online, you must first review your qualifications.
The preliminary qualification examination is automatically checked by the system immediately, mainly to check whether the information provided by the applicant is complete and the format is correct, and the authenticity and accuracy of the information are not checked for the time being.
Passing the preliminary qualification examination can only show that the applicant's information is complete and the format is correct, but it does not mean that the information filled in meets the job requirements.
2. Conduct qualification examination after the examination is confirmed. If the qualification examination is unqualified, the examination qualification will be cancelled.
3. Qualification examination runs through the whole process of talent introduction.
(three) to determine the candidates to take the exam
If the ratio of qualified personnel to the number of job introductions is not higher than 6: 1, all personnel will enter the interview (trial) stage; For positions with a ratio higher than 6: 1, organize professional tests, and determine the people who enter the interview (trial lecture) according to the professional test results.
Professional test scores are not included in the final score.

(4) Organize an interview (try out)
Sanmenxia Vocational College of Social Management and the College of Applied Engineering of Henan University of Science and Technology take a trial examination, which mainly examines the comprehensive quality of candidates in organizing teaching, teaching basic skills and musical instrument teaching.
The content of the trial lecture is the professional content of the applied position. The teaching materials are designated on the spot, and the time for preparing lessons is limited. The trial lecture is limited to 20 minutes.
Sanmenxia Infectious Disease Hospital, Sanmenxia Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Sanmenxia Third People's Hospital, Jianhe Street Community Health Service Center in Hubin District of Sanmenxia City and Sanmenxia Library participated in the interview examination, mainly examining their professional level, communication ability and service awareness.
The interview (trial) score is the final score, and those with a final score of less than 70 points cannot be used as the introduction object.
Details of the interview (trial) will be announced separately.
(5) Organizing physical examination.
According to the test results, the physical examination personnel are determined according to the ratio of 1:2, and are publicized on Sanmenxia Talent Work Network, and will not be replenished after publicity.
The physical examination is organized by the talent office of the municipal party Committee. Standards refer to the methods and standards of civil servants' physical examination, and teachers' posts must also meet the standards of teachers' physical examination.
(6) Organizing inspection.
Those who pass the physical examination are determined to be the objects of investigation.
The Talent Office of the Municipal Party Committee will set up an investigation team with the employer to go to the school (fresh graduates in 2023) or work unit for investigation; Previous graduates without work units and graduates from foreign universities will visit their places of residence or household registration.
The investigation team must carefully review the files, focusing on verifying the political performance, qualifications and law-abiding situation of the subjects to be investigated.
(7) open recruitment.
The personnel to be introduced will be publicized in Sanmenxia Talent Work Network.
If the publicity does not affect the introduction, the personnel preparation procedures shall be handled.
Fourth, relevant treatment.
1. Introduce personnel to solve the business establishment and implement the unified standards of the whole city.
2 doctoral and master students, within 3 years, the municipal finance pays 50 thousand yuan and 20 thousand yuan living allowance every year; For those who purchase the first set of commercial housing in our city, the municipal finance will issue a maximum subsidy of 200,000 yuan and 65,438+10,000 yuan (not exceeding 30% of the total purchase price).
Gao Zheng's professional title and associate senior professional title are treated with reference to doctoral students and master students respectively.
3. The School of Applied Engineering of Henan University of Science and Technology introduces doctoral students, and the college pays another 300,000 entry fees.
4. The probation system shall be implemented for the imported personnel according to the regulations, and the probation period shall be included in the employment contract period, and the probation period shall be one year.
Those who pass the examination after the probation period will be hired, and those who fail will be dismissed.
5. The minimum service life of imported personnel in our city is 5 years (including probation period), and they shall not be transferred out of our city in principle within 5 years.
Those who have not reached the minimum service life shall bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) matters needing attention
1. Each person can only register for one position.

4. Talent introduction does not specify examination counseling books, nor does it hold or entrust any institution or individual to hold examination counseling training courses.
Discipline supervision and accountability of intransitive verbs
Talent introduction is carried out under the full supervision of the discipline inspection and supervision department. In the process of registration, examination, physical examination and inspection, violations of discipline or law will be dealt with severely according to the law.
Anyone who conceals the real situation, practices fraud or engages in malpractices for selfish ends, resulting in adverse consequences, will cancel the applicant's employment qualification and be held accountable accordingly.
