Article 1 These Measures are formulated in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 21 of the Regulations on the Administration of Direct Selling. Article 2 These Measures shall apply to the business training of direct sellers (hereinafter referred to as direct selling training) and examination activities held in People's Republic of China (PRC). Article 3 The term "direct selling training" as mentioned in these Measures refers to various training activities such as relevant national laws, regulations and rules, and basic knowledge of direct selling. It shall be conducted by the direct selling enterprise to the direct sellers to be recruited by the enterprise and the direct sellers of the enterprise. The examination for direct sellers as mentioned in these Measures refers to the examination for recruiting direct sellers for direct selling enterprises.
