take a make-up exam
Those who pass the theory or skill exam can make up the exam, and the passed results are valid for two years. If they pass the make-up exam within two years, they can get the national swimming lifeguard professional qualification certificate. The make-up time shall be notified by the professional appraisal station. Those who fail the two tests need to take the appraisal examination again. (Make-up exam fee: practical exercise 180 yuan, Theory 60 yuan. )
Two, the primary swimming lifeguards training conditions and assessment criteria
1 training conditions
(1) Employees in this city and other places who abide by relevant national laws and regulations and professional ethics, have good conduct, are in good health, love swimming and meet the basic professional qualifications.
(2) At least 18 years old, with junior high school education or above;
(3) Holding a valid deep-water certificate or a national swimmer's grade certificate above Grade 2;
(4) Have the ability to go to the rescue site in swimming (200-meter continuous swimming for men, 20-meter diving, 25-meter speed swimming for 20 seconds, and 22 seconds for women);
(5) Have the skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, crawl, backstroke, breaststroke, side stroke, anti-breaststroke, diving, treading water, etc.
2. Registration method
One, the 200-meter non-stop swimming test requires at least two strokes within 5 minutes. Those who pass the test can sign up for training. The examination fee for those who fail will not be refunded.
3. Submit registration materials
(1) ID card (original, one copy);
(2) Certificate of education (original, one copy);
(3) A valid deep-water certificate or a national swimming certificate above Grade II (original, copy 1 copy);
