Radio frequency engineer is a professional who is engaged in the design and development of the hardware RF part of the terminal product, and tracks and confirms the realization process of the product.

Education and training:

Bachelor degree or above in communication, electronics, microwave, computer and other related fields.

Work experience:

Familiar with the whole RF research project process, able to design and debug the whole RF independently; Master all kinds of digital and analog circuit knowledge, familiar with the basic principles and related knowledge of mobile communication; Proficient in using RF circuit simulation tools, test instruments and other related equipment; Patient and meticulous, serious and responsible, full of team spirit and innovative spirit.

Responsible for feasibility analysis and implementation of RF related design scheme;

Formulate and establish the development process, and complete the drafting and review of relevant products (such as schematic diagram, PCB board and BOM table, test and analysis report, etc.). );

Evaluate new suppliers and components of RF equipment;

Work closely with the structural production department to ensure that the relevant objectives of the whole product are achieved as scheduled;

Support and maintain the production line after mass production of the project, and solve the related problems of RF part;

Provide RF technical support for other departments.

Generally, it takes 7 to 8 years for a qualified RF engineer to grow up. This requires not only basic knowledge, but also familiarity with the separation components and devices of various manufacturers and a deep understanding of various communication standards. In addition, RF engineers can change their industry by learning common software for chip design and getting familiar with chip knowledge.
