How to do a good job in organizational structure
Organizational structure is designed according to organizational principles and processes under the condition of achieving organizational goals. There are three key words in organizational design, namely, organizational goals, organizational principles and design processes. Here, three key words are used to explain the design method of organizational structure.

I. Organizational objectives

Any enterprise must have organizational goals first, and then organizational structure. Organizational goal is the original intention and value of enterprise establishment. For example, the goal of training institutions is to provide education and services for students, meet the needs of students' learning and growth, and thus gain opportunities for survival and development. To achieve the goal of education and service, we must rely on the cooperation of different professional teams. Therefore, it is necessary to build an organizational structure to achieve organizational goals. Different organizational goals and different stages of achieving the goals have different organizational structures and organizational forms to match them, thus ensuring the smooth realization of the goals. Organizational structure design without organizational goals has no practical significance.

Second, the organizational principles

In order to establish a perfect management organization system, organizational design must follow some basic principles. Adhering to organizational principles is the bottom line and soul of designing organizational structure, and it must not be easily exceeded. Organizational principles mainly include the following eight items:

1, the principle of serving strategic objectives

2, unified command principle

3, the principle of specialization

4, the principle of division of labor and cooperation

5. The principle of effective management scope and level adaptability.

6, the principle of equal rights and responsibilities

7, the principle of flexibility

8. Customer-oriented principle

Third, the design process.

Organizational structure is like a person's skeleton or the framework of a house. To build a mature organizational system, we must start with the design of organizational structure. The process of organizational structure design is generally divided into the following three steps:

The first step is to design the functional structure of the department.

Generally, it is divided into linear function system, business division system and matrix system.

Step 2: Design functional departments

According to the strategic objectives, stage tasks and development scale of training institutions, after determining which functional department structure to adopt, functional departments can be designed. Design functional departments generally follow three steps: determining basic functions, defining central functions and functional decomposition.

Step 3: Design department posts

Post design is to design corresponding posts in a department according to the professional division of labor and core workflow, and then determine the number of post personnel according to the workload. It is divided into job design, job description preparation and job number determination.

Finally, to sum up, the organizational structure is designed according to organizational principles and processes under the condition of achieving organizational goals. Organizational design should start with three key words: organizational objectives, organizational principles and design process. Organizational design based on achieving strategic goals and organizational principles can be rock-solid and last forever.
