Jinan Shishangxiang Snack Training School, established in 2004, is a large-scale and early-running specialty snack training institution in China. At present, Jinan Shishangxiang Snack Training School has 15 campus in major capital cities all over the country, with more than 200 teachers, including 160 cooking teachers and 40 lecturers, and trains more than 50,000 students every year. Jinan Shishangxiang Snack Training School has standard classroom demonstration base, modern operation classroom, physical store operation mode and professional training base for students to practice.

Since its establishment, Jinan Shishangxiang Snack Training School has devoted itself to the research and development of new products and technical training, and is oriented by seven majors: specialty snack training, chef cooking training, breakfast cake training, cake baking training, leisure drink training, barbecue frying training and brine salt training.
